If a quick intro video isn’t enough, you can also invite candidates to complete a virtual video interview. Simply change the candidate’s status to video interview and Olivia will automatically reach out with a link to complete the interview. Candidates can record responses from their cell phone or computer, and hiring managers can instantly view the responses.
